hardstanding
Firm ground cover
Hardstanding is a paved or surfaced area for parking vehicles or storing equipment, especially in contexts where the ground would otherwise be soft or muddy.
The term is primarily British: The caravan site has hardstanding for twenty units.
American English more often uses parking pad or simply paved area.
