genderfluidity
Gender in motion
Genderfluidity is a gender identity that shifts over time rather than remaining fixed.
Someone who is genderfluid may feel more masculine some days, more feminine others, or somewhere between or outside that spectrum.
The term emerged from LGBTQ+ communities in the early 21st century as language for gender expanded beyond the binary: My genderfluidity means my pronouns change depending on how I'm feeling.
