freeness

Absence of constraint

Freeness is the quality or state of being free.

It can describe the degree to which something flows without restriction—the freeness of the pulp determines paper quality—or the extent of someone's liberty or generosity: the freeness of her manner, the freeness with which he shared his opinions.

The word is uncommon, usually replaced by freedom in most contexts.
