forearm bones
Radius and ulna
The forearm bones are the radius and ulna, the two long bones extending from elbow to wrist.
The radius sits on the thumb side, the ulna on the pinky side.
They run parallel but cross over each other when the forearm rotates, allowing the hand to turn palm-up or palm-down.
