A flopper is someone or something that flops.
In sports, especially basketball and soccer, a flopper is a player who dramatically falls or feigns injury to draw a foul: He's such a flopper—barely got touched and hit the floor like he'd been shot.
The term carries contempt, suggesting the player lacks integrity.
