flip off
Rude hand signal
Flip off is a rude gesture made by extending the middle finger while keeping other fingers folded, directed at someone to express anger, contempt, or dismissal: He flipped off the driver who cut him off.
The gesture is vulgar but common, functioning as a nonverbal "fuck you." Also flip the bird.
