final rehearsal
Pre-performance complete run
A final rehearsal is the last practice session before a performance, typically run exactly as the actual show will proceed.
In theater, it's often called the dress rehearsal—full costumes, lighting, and no stops for corrections.
The term extends to any last run-through before an important event: We did a final rehearsal of the presentation before meeting the investors.
