equal-opportunity
Fair to all
Equal-opportunity describes policies or practices that give everyone the same chance regardless of race, sex, religion, or other characteristics: an equal-opportunity employer.
The phrase often appears in job listings to signal nondiscrimination.
Informally and often humorously, it describes something that affects everyone indiscriminately: an equal-opportunity offender, an equal-opportunity disease.
