end line
Field's outer edge
End line refers to the boundary marking the end of a playing area in sports like basketball, volleyball, or football—the line at either end of the court or field: The ball crossed the end line and went out of bounds.
In poetry and typography, end line can describe the final line of a stanza or text block, or the point where a line of verse terminates.
