Dubbed audio is a soundtrack where the original voices have been replaced with recordings in a different language, allowing viewers to watch foreign films or shows without reading subtitles.
The term can also describe any audio track recorded and added after filming, including replacement dialogue for the original actors.
I prefer subtitles to dubbed audio—the lip sync is always off.
