draft system
Player allocation method
A draft system is a method for dispensing beverages—usually beer—directly from a keg or cask through a tap, using pressurized gas to push liquid through lines to a faucet: The bar installed a new draft system with twelve taps.
Draft systems keep beer fresh and carbonated longer than bottles or cans.
The term also applies to any mechanism for selecting individuals from a pool, particularly military conscription or professional sports player selection: The NFL draft system gives weaker teams earlier picks.
