back bar
Behind the bartender
A back bar is the shelving, cabinetry, and display area behind a bar counter where bottles of liquor are arranged, typically with mirrors and lighting to showcase the selection.
The term also refers to the liquor itself: They've got an impressive back bar—every bourbon you could want.
In other contexts, a back bar is a secondary structural support, as in curtain hardware or fencing materials.
