Under-door insulator strip
A draft excluder is a device placed at the bottom of a door or window to block cold air from entering a room.
The simplest form is a fabric tube filled with stuffing that lies against the gap beneath a door: She made a draft excluder from an old pair of tights.
Also called a draft stopper.
