distilled water
Boiled then cooled
Distilled water is water that has been purified by boiling it into steam and then condensing the steam back into liquid, leaving behind minerals, contaminants, and impurities.
It is used in laboratories, medical settings, steam irons, car batteries, and other applications where mineral deposits would cause problems.
Unlike tap water or spring water, distilled water has a flat taste because the minerals that give water its flavor have been removed.
