directee
One receiving direction
A directee is someone who receives direction or guidance from another—the counterpart to a director in a supervisory relationship.
The term appears mainly in management and mentorship contexts: Each manager meets weekly with their directees.
Like "mentee" or "supervisee," it's a back-formation that some find awkward, but it fills a functional gap when you need a word for the person being directed.
