copolymer
Blended building-block plastic
A copolymer is a polymer formed from two or more different monomers, as opposed to a homopolymer made from just one.
The arrangement of monomers can be random, alternating, or in blocks.
Many common plastics and synthetic rubbers are copolymers: ABS plastic is a copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene.
