cold press
No-heat juice method
Cold press describes a method of extracting liquid—usually juice or oil—without heat.
The process uses mechanical pressure rather than high temperatures, which proponents say preserves nutrients and flavor: cold-pressed olive oil, cold-pressed juice.
As a verb, to cold-press is to extract using this method.
A cold press is also the machine itself.
