co-working
Communal workspace arrangement
Co-working is sharing workspace with others who aren't colleagues—typically freelancers, remote workers, or small startups renting desks in a communal office.
Co-working spaces offer flexible arrangements without long-term leases: She does most of her work from a co-working space downtown.
The model emphasizes community and networking alongside practical amenities.
