bonuses
Rewards beyond salary
Bonuses is the plural of bonus—extra payments or benefits beyond what's expected or required.
Employees receive year-end bonuses; credit cards offer sign-up bonuses.
The word extends to anything extra or advantageous: The apartment's proximity to the subway was a bonus.
The alternative plural *boni* is pedantic and rarely used.
