blocklists

Denied access rosters

Blocklists are lists of entities—email addresses, IP addresses, phone numbers, websites, or usernames—that are denied access or blocked from communication.

Email providers maintain blocklists of known spam sources.

Social media users curate personal blocklists of accounts they don't want to hear from.

The verb is to blocklist: The server was blocklisted after sending spam.

Also called blacklists, though blocklist avoids the problematic color association.
