bird blind
Watcher's hidden shelter
A bird blind is a concealed shelter used for observing or photographing birds without disturbing them.
The structure—often a small hut or screen of vegetation—hides the observer while providing viewing slots or windows: We spent the morning in the bird blind waiting for the heron to return.
Also called a hide in British English.
