bib number
Runner's chest tag
A bib number is the identifying number worn by competitors in races and other athletic events, typically printed on a piece of fabric or paper pinned to the chest or back: My bib number is 247—look for me near the finish line.
Runners often keep their bibs as souvenirs of completed races.
