barycentric
Weighted average position
Barycentric means relating to or measured from a center of mass.
In physics and astronomy, the barycenter is the point around which two or more bodies orbit—the Earth and Moon orbit their common barycenter, a point inside Earth but not at its center.
In mathematics, barycentric coordinates locate points within a triangle or simplex relative to its vertices: barycentric interpolation.
