baby buggy

Wheeled infant transport

A baby buggy is a wheeled carriage for transporting an infant or small child, pushed by a parent or caregiver.

The term is somewhat old-fashioned in American English, where stroller now dominates.

In British English, the equivalent terms are pram or pushchair.

She folded up the baby buggy and put it in the trunk.
