arco
Use the bow
In music, arco is a direction for string players to use the bow after a passage played pizzicato (plucked).
The term comes from Italian for "bow" and appears in scores and parts as a simple instruction: The cellos return to arco at measure 47. (Capitalized Arco is a brand name.)
