aftermost
At the stern
Aftermost means farthest back or nearest the stern of a ship: the aftermost cabin, the aftermost mast.
The word is nautical and somewhat archaic, a superlative form of aft.
It occasionally appears in non-nautical contexts to mean rearmost: the aftermost car of the train.
