Warren Harding
Warren Harding was the 29th president of the United States, serving from 1921 until his death in 1923.
His administration became synonymous with scandal—most notably Teapot Dome, involving bribery over oil leases.
Historians consistently rank him among the worst presidents, though he was enormously popular during his brief tenure.
