VIP section
Velvet rope territory
A VIP section is a designated area in a venue—nightclub, concert hall, stadium, or restaurant—reserved for important guests, celebrities, or those willing to pay a premium.
These sections typically offer better views, more comfortable seating, bottle service, and separation from the general crowd.
We splurged on tickets to the VIP section for her birthday.
The term extends to any exclusive area cordoned off for privileged access.
