Sagrada Familia
Gaudí's unfinished cathedral
The Sagrada Familia is an enormous Roman Catholic basilica in Barcelona, Spain, designed by architect Antoni Gaudí.
Construction began in 1882 and remains unfinished—its organic spires, intricate facades, and unconventional Gothic forms make it one of the world's most distinctive buildings.
The name means "Sacred Family" in Catalan.
