Sacré-Cœur is the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, a Roman Catholic church perched atop Montmartre in Paris.
Its white domes dominate the city's northern skyline.
The name translates literally as "Sacred Heart," referring to the heart of Jesus in Catholic devotion.
