Manhattan's tallest building

One World Trade is the main skyscraper of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, completed in 2014 on the site where the Twin Towers stood before the September 11, 2001 attacks.

At 1,776 feet—a number chosen to evoke the year of American independence—it is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.

Also called One World Trade Center or Freedom Tower.
