Isofix
Child seat standard
Isofix is a standardized system for attaching child car seats directly to a vehicle's chassis using rigid metal connectors rather than seatbelts.
Two anchor points are built into the gap between the seat cushion and backrest: The car seat clicked into the Isofix points.
The system reduces installation errors and provides a more secure fit.
Also called LATCH in North America.
