Idiocracy
Idiocracy is a 2006 film depicting a future where humanity has grown profoundly stupid.
The title blends idiot with -cracy (rule or government), suggesting governance by idiots.
The word now appears in political commentary to warn that society is heading toward such a future: This election feels like we're living in an idiocracy.
