Google+
Google's failed social
Google+ was a social networking platform operated by Google from 2011 to 2019.
Positioned as a competitor to Facebook, it featured "circles" for organizing contacts and "hangouts" for video chat.
Despite integration with other Google services, it never achieved mainstream adoption and was shuttered after a data breach.
Remember when everyone had a Google+ account they never used?
