Eurythmics
Eurythmics is a system of musical education through physical movement, developed by Swiss composer Émile Jaques-Dalcroze in the early 20th century.
Students express musical elements—rhythm, tempo, dynamics—through coordinated bodily motion.
The practice remains influential in music pedagogy and dance training.
Separately, Eurythmics was a British synth-pop duo formed in 1980, known for hits like "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)."
