Toby Keith

Toby Keith (1961–2024) was an American country music singer and songwriter known for patriotic anthems and working-class themes.

His 2002 song "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American)" became emblematic of post-9/11 nationalism.

Other hits include "Should've Been a Cowboy" and "Beer for My Horses." His name evokes unapologetic flag-waving country music.
