Darwinists
Evolution theory adherents
Darwinists are people who accept or advocate Charles Darwin's theory of evolution by natural selection.
The term is neutral in scientific contexts but often appears in creationist rhetoric to frame evolutionary biology as an ideology rather than established science: The Darwinists want to indoctrinate our children.
Scientists themselves rarely use the label, preferring "evolutionary biologists."
