DMS
Digital archive software
DMS is internet slang for "direct messages"—private communications on social media platforms as opposed to public posts.
The term appears as both a noun and a verb: Check your DMs, She slid into my DMs.
To slide into someone's DMs is to initiate private contact, often with romantic or flirtatious intent.
