45rpm
Jukebox record format
A 45rpm record is a vinyl disc played at forty-five revolutions per minute, the standard speed for seven-inch singles from the 1950s through the 1980s.
The format typically held one song per side—an A-side hit backed with a B-side.
She found a box of old 45s in her parents' attic.
Also written 45 rpm or simply 45.
