Outdoor property maintainer
A yardman is someone who maintains outdoor grounds—mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves.
The term also applies to workers in railroad yards who couple cars and move equipment, or to workers in lumber yards and other industrial yards.
We hired a yardman to keep up the property while we're away.
