xeroxed

Ran through copier

Xeroxed means photocopied, from the Xerox brand of copying machines that dominated the market in the late twentieth century.

The trademark became so synonymous with the action that it generalized into a verb: I xeroxed the contract and sent the original back.

The term sounds dated now, as digital scanning has largely replaced physical copying.
