workrate

Effort per hour

Workrate is the amount of effort or output someone sustains over time, especially in sports and physical labor.

A player with a high workrate covers more ground, makes more tackles, and never stops running.

The term appears frequently in soccer commentary and video game statistics: His workrate off the ball is exceptional.
