wellspring
Where streams begin
A wellspring is a source from which water flows—a spring or fountainhead.
The word almost always appears figuratively, referring to an abundant source of something: a wellspring of creativity, a wellspring of hope, the wellspring of her generosity.
It suggests something that flows continuously and seemingly without exhaustion.
