weather forecaster

Tomorrow's conditions announcer

A weather forecaster is a person who predicts atmospheric conditions—temperature, precipitation, wind, storms.

The term covers both trained meteorologists who analyze data and models, and television personalities who present forecasts to the public: The weather forecaster predicted rain for the weekend.

Also called a weatherman or weatherperson.
