water jumps
Wet track barriers
Water jumps are obstacles in steeplechase and equestrian events consisting of a fence or hurdle followed by a pool of water that competitors must clear.
The water tests both jumping ability and stride—landing in it slows runners and horses.
She cleared the water jump cleanly on the final lap.
