walkover
Unopposed win guaranteed
A walkover is an easy victory requiring little effort, or a competition won by default when an opponent fails to appear.
The word comes from horse racing, where a horse with no competitors still had to walk the course to claim the prize.
The semifinal was a walkover—they won 6-0.
In gymnastics, a walkover is an acrobatic move where the body arcs over while hands touch the ground.
