walkovers
Victories without opposition
Walkovers are easy victories or tasks requiring little effort.
In sports, a walkover is a win granted when an opponent fails to appear or is disqualified—you literally walk over to claim the prize.
The meaning extends to any situation where expected opposition doesn't materialize: The election was a walkover for the incumbent.
These exams will be walkovers if you've studied.
