value judgment
Evaluative ethical stance
A value judgment is an assessment based on personal standards of right and wrong, good and bad, rather than objective facts: Whether that's a fair salary is a value judgment.
The term often carries a slight dismissiveness, implying the opinion is subjective rather than authoritative: I'm not making a value judgment—I'm just describing what happened.
