unphotographable

Lens cannot record

Something unphotographable cannot be adequately captured in a photograph—either because it moves too fast, exists in conditions too dark, or possesses qualities that don't translate to a still image.

The word often describes experiences or atmospheres rather than physical impossibilities: The aurora's shifting colors were almost unphotographable.

Sometimes used of people who claim they never look good in pictures.
