tortilla press
Masa disk maker
A tortilla press is a hinged device for flattening balls of dough into thin, round disks.
Two flat plates—typically cast iron, aluminum, or wood—compress the dough when the handle is pressed down.
Though designed for corn tortillas, it works for flour tortillas and flatbreads: She lined the press with plastic before flattening the masa.
